Eagleway Communications LLC ("Eagleway", "we", "us") operates eaglewaycommunications.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect on the Site, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information you give us

When you submit the quote form or contact us, we collect the fields you provide: name, company, email, phone, project location, service needed, client type, target timeline, project status, estimated bore footage, preferred drawing format, and project description. If you upload drawings or documents, those files are stored in our project storage (hosted on Supabase) so our estimating team can review them.

Information collected automatically

The Site may automatically receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This is used to keep the Site secure and to understand how it is used.

Analytics and advertising

Analytics and advertising tools load only after you accept the corresponding categories in our cookie preferences. If you do not accept, or later withdraw acceptance, these tools are not loaded and no data is sent to them.

Where accepted, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure Site usage in aggregate, and the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to reach people who have shown interest in underground utility construction services. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking, including enhanced conversions, to measure which ads lead to quote requests. When a quote request is successfully submitted, hashed contact information (email and phone) is sent to Meta and to Google Ads so it can be matched for measurement purposes. If a tool is not configured on the Site, no data is sent to it.

Google call reporting

Where advertising consent has been accepted and a visit is eligible under Google Ads call reporting, Google may temporarily display a forwarding phone number in place of our published number. Calls to that number route to Eagleway, and Google measures call-related metadata such as call duration so we can understand which ads lead to phone enquiries. This applies only to eligible ad-sourced visits — not to all visitors. No call audio recording is enabled by Eagleway in this configuration. Our permanent number remains 412-330-9568; if consent is declined or withdrawn, or no forwarding number is provided, the permanent number is shown and used.

How we use the information

• To coordinate project execution and follow up on ongoing work.
• To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and improve usability.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business (hosting, database, storage, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement), and when required by law.

Retention

Quote requests and uploaded project files are retained as long as needed to evaluate and deliver the project, and afterward for our business records. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing alae@eaglewaycommunications.com.

Your choices

You can accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies when the cookie banner appears, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the cookie preferences link on the Site. You may also email alae@eaglewaycommunications.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted through the Site, disable cookies in your browser, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out tools.

Children

The Site is intended for adults — homeowners and local property owners as well as business users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
